We loved having Kiana stay with our pup for 3 nights! She was very communicative and followed our directions perfectly 😊

Kiana looked after my pup while I was away on a cruise, and she went above and beyond—even taking him to the vet when needed. She’s truly amazing, caring, and trustworthy. Highly recommend her for anyone who wants total peace of mind and a dog sitter who treats pets like family.

I want to take a moment to share my experience as a pet owner in the hopes it will guide others in their decisions. This was our third time working with Kiana to care for our two anxious dogs, and unfortunately, it didn’t go as we had hoped. The first morning of pet sitting, I noticed Kiana hadn’t arrived by 7 am to administer our dog's medication, which we had confirmed the prior day. After waiting for an hour, I tried reaching her through the Rover phone number but received no response after two attempts. This left me concerned not only about her absence but also about my dog missing his medication. Eventually, she arrived 1.5 hours late for the medication. Throughout the day, she was in and out of our home, which was fine as long as our dog received his medication on time. However, she left around 9:30 pm and didn’t return until after 4 am. We were really hoping for consistent care to keep our dogs on their routine, especially while we were away. I always provide detailed instructions so that sitters can maintain our dogs' regular schedules, from medication to feeding and general care. However, I found that Kiana did not adhere to these instructions during any of the three times she looked after our dogs. Sadly, we had to cancel our trip and informed Kiana we would come back after her services of just 27 hours. We agreed to pay her for the full week, even though her services were not fully utilized. When we returned home, our dogs were fine, but these experiences have left me feeling uneasy about leaving them in her care. Sadly, I cannot recommend Kiana as a dog sitter if you need a pet caregiver who can provide the consistency and attention that pets with routines or medication require.

Kiana is amazing!!!! I only have good things to say about her!! I had a trip to Europe and needed a sitter for 12 days. I had previously used Rover but i moved to a new location and needed a new sitter. She was so sweet with my dogs, they loved her since the meet and greet, which gave me the tranquility of knowing that they felt comfortable around her. She kept in touch everyday, sent pictures and updates of them everyday multiple times a day. She was always very responsive. She is very organized and clean and loves animals. I am very happy that I found her and will continue to work with her. We love her! 💕

Kiana exhibited remarkable patience with my anxious dog and my other dog, who is also somewhat anxious. She provided numerous pictures and videos, keeping us updated on the well-being of our dogs. Additionally, she ensured that their schedule was adhered to and administered their medication punctually. We are extremely satisfied with Kiana's services and plan to book her again in the near future!

Kiana took such good care of my Coco for five days and four nights while we were traveling. She sent photos and videos daily and it was clear every time that Coco was very comfortable with her in her house and was having a lot of fun! HIGHLY recommend Kiana.
