Calm Day Boarding Calm day boarding for dogs who already do well here or as an initial assessment before overnight stays. This service is not traditional daycare. Dogs are not kept in playgroups or overstimulated throughout the day. Instead, they rotate through supervised indoor time, rest periods, and short outdoor breaks. Rate: $45 for the full day Availability is intentionally limited to maintain a calm, controlled environment. Assessment Stays New dogs may be asked to start with a calm day boarding or a short overnight stay before longer bookings are accepted.

We've trusted Kenny with our chihuahua in his calm home environment and the difference is noticeable. The space is clean and low stinulation which helped Mia settle quickly instead of feeling overwhelmed like in larger boarding settings. He is very attentive to each dog energy level and you can tell he prioritizes safety, structure, and a peaceful atmosphere rathen than chaos or overbooking. Ourdog came back relaxed, well cared for, and emotionally balanced. Highly recommend for owners who want a calm, predictable, and safe boarding experience instead of a crowded daycare-style environment.

Kenny and his family are the Best family I've used in Rover. They really are Animal Lovers and it shows. They are kind and they keep you updated on your pets stay. The communication we have is pleasant wether text message or during drop off/pickup. I'm really grateful to have found them on River.
Mr. K and his wife are literally Dos best friend. I am pleased with their care for my buddy Eyece. They gave great updated/pics and asked necessary questions to proceed great care for my fur son. Their home is beautiful inside and out just like their personalities.
Kenny was an amazing sitter for Bentley, he came home SO TIRED from playing all week & so happy. We will definitely use Kenny again to watch our dogs. He kept us updated daily on how Bentley was doing & sent pics. Highly recommend, so glad we found you Kenny!

I’m home full-time, which allows me to maintain consistent routines and provide hands-on supervision throughout the day. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily schedule, not something I fit in between other commitments. This allows for predictable routines, timely breaks, and a calm, well-managed environment.

My home is set up to support calm boarding, with designated rest areas and clear boundaries to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.
