Growing up on a 2,500-acre farm, I’ve spent my entire life caring for animals—but dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I’ve never known life without one! I was raised with Golden Retrievers, Labradors, English Bulldogs, Yorkies, and Weimaraners and have experience caring for many other breeds, including German Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, Yorkies, Corgis, Great Danes, and Border Collies. As a certified dog trainer, I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and set of needs. I treat every dog in my care like one of my own, providing plenty of love, attention, structure, playtime, and individualized care. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety will always be my top priorities. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your dog into my home as part of the family!

Schedule
I’m self-employed and work from home full-time, which allows me to be present with the dogs throughout the day. I’m available to provide frequent potty breaks, supervised playtime, enrichment, and plenty of individual attention. Because my schedule is flexible, I can also follow your dog’s normal feeding, medication, exercise, and rest routine as closely as possible.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, structure, and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and a climate-controlled indoor dog space with heating, air conditioning, and padded flooring for hot, cold, or rainy days. Dogs are carefully introduced, monitored during play, fed separately, and given scheduled breaks to prevent overstimulation. Overnight, each visiting dog sleeps safely in their own crate. I always follow the owner’s instructions and tailor care to each dog’s individual personality and needs. I am also certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid & CPR.

A typical day
A typical day includes frequent potty breaks, supervised playtime in the fenced yard, enrichment activities, and plenty of time to relax. Dogs also receive structured rest throughout the day so they don’t become overstimulated. My goal is to provide a fun, balanced day while keeping your dog as close to their normal routine as possible.

- There is no such thing as too much information when it comes to caring for your dog! Before their stay, I would like to know about their daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, energy level, crate habits, and personality. Please also share any allergies, fears, triggers, resource guarding, separation anxiety, escape tendencies, or history of aggression. Because I have three resident dogs, all boarding dogs must be dog-friendly, fully vaccinated, and comfortable sleeping in a crate. The more I know beforehand, the better I can help your dog feel safe and at home.
