Kelly has cared for our 100lb Lab, Nash, more times than we can count while we've gone on vacations, work trips, or sometimes just because he needs a long walk. Nash ADORES Kelly and he always goes nuts when he sees her because he knows she's there for something fun! Kelly's background as a nurse (for people) gives her a special awareness to Nash's systemic allergy to chicken, and she has always checked ingredients to assure that he is safe. She follows our instructions for him so that he stays on the same schedule when we get back as when we left. If Kelly hadn't moved to North Carolina she would still be our #1 go to person, and Nash agrees. We still try to catch up whenever Kelly is in town, and Nash LOVES seeing his friend!

I used to dread having to go out of town or work long shifts because the idea of leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me was genuinely anxiety-provoking. Moxie is my baby, and I have always been extremely particular about who I trust with her. Kelly completely changed that for me. She has been taking care of Moxie for over a decade, and I trust her completely. She is incredibly organized, responsible, dependable, and communicative. She pays attention to all of the little details, follows Moxie’s routine, keeps me updated, sends pictures, and is always easy to reach. I never have to wonder what is going on or whether something was taken care of because Kelly is already on top of it. She is also incredibly attentive and observant. She knows Moxie’s personality, routines, and all of her little quirks, and she notices when something is even slightly off. Most importantly, she genuinely loves her. Moxie absolutely adores Kelly, and I know that when she is with her, she isn’t just being “watched”—she is being loved, doted on, and cared for like she is Kelly’s own. There is a huge difference between finding someone who can take care of your dog and finding someone you actually trust with your baby. Kelly is that person. After more than a decade of trusting her with mine, I can say without hesitation that I would recommend her to anyone. Knowing Moxie is safe, happy, loved, and completely taken care of means I can actually enjoy being away without worrying about her—and for me, that is priceless.

Kelly has watched our dog numerous times and truly could not be a better pet sitter! He gets excited when we even say her name, which says it all. She treats him like he’s her own, and I know she would give that same love and attention to any dog in her care. Kelly is responsible, loving, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about caring for animals. We always feel completely at ease knowing he’s with her. My doodle Milo LOVES Kelly. She is so great with him. He gets excited every time she comes over to walk him. My favorite is that she is super reliable, always on time and sends photos from their walk which gives me a total peace of mind. Highly recommend her. She's the best!
