I believe when a pet parent is away it’s important to keep pets on their normal routine, or as close to that as possible so they feel safe and happy with me. I keep pets on leash anytime they are outside, unless they are in their own yard- then I keep a watchful eye out. Your pets safety is important, and my safety is too. Please let me know ahead of time if there will be people in the house with me overnight, I will need to meet them ahead of time. Also please let me know where cameras are in the house for my privacy. I book clients that are upfront and honest, patient and easygoing. Please no drama, no snooping neighbors, no surprise visitors or surprise roommates. I absolutely will not tolerate dishonesty and/or unkindness.

Please do not leave any information out when we have our meet and greet. I need to know if your pet has ever been aggressive and if there is anything that upsets them. Let me know if your pet has any special needs, I am happy to make my visit as close to the normal routine as possible so your pets feel safe, loved and comfortable.
A typical day
Once I arrive, there will be sweet talk, snuggles and potty. After that I will keep your normal routine and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable. We will do anything you normally do together. My goal as a new person in the home is to show your pets I am calm and friendly and they can trust me.

I have taken care of pets all my life and I love animals. I hold a special place in my heart for seniors. I have fostered several senior Golden Retrievers over the years and I can’t resist those frosted faces. Making your pet feel safe and happy while you are away is my main goal.

Our two dogs absolutely loved Kelli! She kept us updated throughout our trip with daily photos and videos, along with multiple text updates each day. She went above and beyond by also helping water our plants. When we nearly missed our connecting flight home, she was flexible and willing to stay with the dogs longer if needed. We felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in her care—highly recommend!
