The good: our house was well cared for and she left it as clean as when we left. She followed guidelines around having guests. Our cats litter boxes were cleaned and they had food. Room for improvement: we were disappointed with how long she left them home alone for. We had communicated that while she didn’t need to be there all the time,one cat is like a dog and gets lonely. So then he bugs the other cat who bullies him and will swat him. Since he’s blind, he can’t always get out of the way in time. Which is why we pay extra to have someone stay at our home rather than drop in visits. 2 of the days the cats were home alone for 10-12 hours, with her checking on them for 10 minutes during the day. We came home to the cat who gets bullied having fresh scratch marks on his face, ear and back. In addition the communication was lacking, with us having to ask them how the cats were the first two days before they finally sent us an update unprompted. And we got zero pictures. If you have less needy animals than ours, then I think Kayla would be great for you. But she was not a great fit for our crew.

Kayla was awesome, she took excellent care of my dog while I was out of town! Would definitely recommend!
