Hi, I'm Katy!
I am an Indianapolis local with a passion for all critters! I have a 4 year old Great Dane named Ellie, and she is my absolute best pal. We have been together nearly her whole life and I have been working with her from day one on new skills and cues; whoever said you can't teach an old dog new tricks has never worked with a stubborn Dane! ;) Together, her and I volunteer with a local therapy dog organization as well as with various local animal rescues, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. Animal advocacy is super important to me, so you can be sure that your fur babes will be treated like my very own. I can't wait to meet you!

I am currently not taking clients in my own home, but I am happy to accommodate and learn routines to keep your pet happy and comfortable in their own home.

Katy is absolutely fantastic! She was super flexible with our meet and greet, and we also got to meet her pup to see how well they would get along. Which was wonderfully ? She took our dog on excellent walks, gave detailed feedback of their time together, and shared plenty of pictures. I absolutely trust her with Maple, and I'm so happy we found her.
Katy has done an amazing job with my skiddish Aussie! I could tell she had a lot of experience with dogs right away, she was quick to read my pup's body language and knew to give her some space and how to try to engage her. It has taken my usually fearful dog no time at all to warm up to her! She really knows dogs and I'll definitely be using her again!

Schedule
I am currently working a hybrid schedule, so I have plenty of flexibility and work from home most days. I am happy to fit in walks and visits between meetings and workday tasks!
