I provide personalised, one to one care, treating every dog as if they were my own. I live with my partner, and we have both grown up with dogs in our lives - and still have them in our families - so caring for dogs has always been a natural and important part of who we are. Our home is full of genuine love, understanding and respect for animals. I take the time to understand each dog's routine, unique personality and individual needs, so they always feel safe, relaxed and truly loved while in my care. I have experience caring for a puppy, including reinforcing basic training, maintaining toilet routines, and helping them settle into positive habits. I am also confident and patient with senior dogs, providing gentle support, administering medication if needed and offering plenty of comfort and reassurance. Communication is very important to me and I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. I can provide regular updates, messages and photos so you can feel completely at ease. My goal is to always create a secure, calm and happy environment where your dog feels right at home.

Katie was great with Zero. Very caring and attentive. She was also flexible with our pickup time, which we really appreciated. We felt completely comfortable leaving Zero with her, and she seemed very relaxed and happy!
My dog Teddy is particular with his people to say the least but he always gets over excited for his visits/walks from Katie. She is very trustworthy and flexible to your needs. Her ability to adjust to different temperaments of each pet is unmatchable and I cannot recommend her services enough. She always conforms to timings to match us and is the most reasonably priced I’ve come across in the 5 years I’ve had Teddy at home with me and my family.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as I am currently not working elsewhere and can dedicate my full time and attention to the pets I care for. This allows me to be very flexible and fully present. Because I am at home and available throughout the day, I can offer regular walks, feeding at preferred times, playtime and plenty of attention.

I provide attentive, personalised care based on each pet's routine, needs and personality. Whether caring for pets in my home or in the owner's home, I aim to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. If your pet is crate trained and used to having their own crate, I'm more than happy to continue this routine and can provide space for it in my home. I kindly ask that you supply the crate so it feels familiar and comfortable for them. However, if your pet is accustomed to more relaxed arrangements, they are also welcome to enjoy cuddles on the sofa or sleep in bed, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure and at home. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I respect their property and maintain the pet's normal routine to minimise disruption and stress.
A typical day
I plan activities that are both enjoyable and beneficial to their physical and mental well-being. This includes regular walks and outdoor play, especially trips to a large park nearby where pets can enjoy open space, fresh air and varied surroundings. In addition, I make time for calm activities like cuddling and quiet companionship, ensuring each pet feels safe, happy and well cared for.
