I adapt my interaction based on your dog’s preferences. Dogs have their own personalities and I respect their boundaries. Of course I’ll want to know the basics like your pup’s diet, routines, favorite toys, preferred games, triggers, etc. but it’ll be good to know if they have any anxieties, stressors, or special needs. The more information I have, the better care I can provide. The city can be so loud and crazy sometimes, I want to make sure I shield the more sensitive pups as much as I can. If you’d like to schedule a meet and greet, I’d be happy to swing by so we can meet face to face and make sure we’ll all comfortable. I don’t have any preferences in terms of breed, size, or age––I’m just thrilled I get to hang out with any dog! I like to keep the lines of communication open at all times, so I will send daily updates, photos, and videos so you don’t miss any memorable moments.

I live by myself in the Kips Bay area. Madison Square Park is just a 10-min walk away, and Stuytown Park is a few blocks away from my apartment. My neighborhood is very dog-friendly, hence my dog envy. I am able to share space with dogs under 40 lbs––more for their comfort than mine. I’m also open to house sitting. When I’m booked to care for a dog, I usually try to work from home so we can get 3-4 long walks in during the day. There are so many wonderful parks, running paths, and dog parks around––I don’t think we’ll run out of places to explore. And of course, my favorite part is coming back and snuggling up on the couch.
