My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, with me you can feel comfortable knowing they’ll be safe and in good hands. I’ve been caring for dogs for nearly 20 years, starting with my childhood dog Osita, who lived to almost 16 (she passed in May 2023). Being with her from puppyhood through her senior years taught me how to meet a dog’s needs at every stage of life. Currently, I have two miniature dachshunds, Theo and Chai. I make sure they’re healthy, happy and mentally stimulated and I’ll do the same for your pet.

I had a fantastic experience with Katherine taking care of my puppy, Hero. Since my puppy wasn't fully vaccinated and couldn't be around other dogs, Katherine graciously agreed to care for him exclusively during that week. From the very first meeting, Katherine and her family made Hero feel like a cherished part of their household. It was a huge relief knowing our baby was in such capable hands while we were on vacation. Throughout the week, Katherine consistently sent us short videos and pictures of Hero, which we greatly appreciated. It was evident that he was in a loving and caring environment. I will unquestionably turn to Katherine for future pet-sitting needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone searching for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter. Her dedication and hospitality truly set her apart.

This was my first time using a sitter from this app. Katherine was wonderful . She answered all questions and had a lot of knowledge about dogs. She kept me informed about my dog while in her care. My dog is old with medical issues. I will definitely be using her again. It’s nice to have a piece of mind.

Schedule
I work from home, so I’m able to give constant care, attention and supervision. My two dachshunds keep me active with daily walks and I’m happy to include your pup in that same routine.

A typical day
While under my care, dogs get enrichment activities to keep them engaged and help tire them out. Since I work from home, I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, outdoor time in the grass and plenty of supervision. Every day looks a little different but I always follow each dog’s routine to make sure they stay happy and comfortable.
