PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety and comfort of my own dog, a 4 lbs, 15 year old Yorky, and our smallest guests,I can only accept dogs up to 25-30lbs. Meet and Greet is MANDATORY prior to booking a stay with FurBnB. Dogs that are aggressive or show signs of extreme mistrust will not be accepted. Nature and animals are my lifelong passions. Since I remember, I have been rescuing kittens, observing wildlife, birdwatching, and donating to shelters. I have responsively bred Yorkshire professionally in the past and advocated against puppy mills. Dogs have most amazing ability to love unconditionally, and it’s my honor to care for them with highest intention.

Karina took great care of my dog for an extended, almost 3-week stay. She sent me reports with pictures to let me know that Daphne was doing well. And although Daphne was very happy to see me and to get home, I’m sure that she was well taken care of, since she was looking good and healthy and happy. Her usual self! Karina and her family made sure Daphne enjoyed a lot of interaction with other people and dogs and over-all just did a great job! I felt that my pet was in good hands!
I never have to worry about Georgie whenever I'm away, because I know he is well taken care of and is having a lot of love, fun and playtime. He is always excited to see Karina, her family, and his friends. Thank you Karina!
Georgie loves being with Karina and her family. He always has a blast playing with his friends there! Upon drop off, he immediately gives Karina a lot of kisses and doesn't even turn around to check if we're still there. That's why we're assured he is getting the best loving care while we're away, and that he is staying active an having so much fun. Thank you Karina!
Our family dog stayed with Karina during the holidays. At the first he was nervous and not well. Karina was quick to react and nurture him back to health in a short time. We received many photos updates. Also, he had so much fun playing with other dogs.
Karina saved me when I had a last minute travel issue and needed a short term spot for Gene to stay! From the moment we arrived you could tell she is repsonsible and loving with a crowd of regulars. She was extremely communicative and sent many photos, & he was smiling and snuggling in each of them! If we were local, we'd rebook Karina in a heartbeat!
It was our first time our Furbaby was going to daycare. I was very nervous because our little Valryian is only 6 months old and she’s very skittish. Karina knew how to handle and facilitate this new experience with V and her pack. Karina was very patient with V. It was a great success. Karina has a wonderful backyard and welcoming demeanor to make any pet feel at home. We are grateful for Karina and the positive experience for Valyrian.

Schedule
Taking care of animals is my full-time job and true passion. I have no other obligations or distractions, 100% of my time and attention is devoted to the dogs in my care, and I absolutely love it! With a calm daytime environment at home, I’m able to provide uninterrupted, high-quality care in a peaceful setting. My family not only respects and supports this work, but actively participates in making each pup feel safe, loved, and truly part of our pack.

My home environment is intentionally designed to nurture and protect your dog. Nestled at the edge of a peaceful, forested park with a mile-long walking trail, I live on a quiet dead-end street where we enjoy nature walks tailored to your dog’s pace and energy. Our large, fully fenced yard has two patios perfect for sunbathing and lounging. Our large yard is perfect for zooming around in play. Inside, your dog is welcomed like family: free to roam, snuggle, and settle in cozy spots. They’re never crated unless requested, and never left unsupervised. Cleanliness, comfort, and emotional wellbeing are top priorities. I carefully manage the number of guests to ensure every pup receives personalized, stress-free care. At FurBnB, dogs are cherished, respected, and seen for who they are — and cared for accordingly.

A typical day
Dogs in my care are never bored. We begin each day with breakfast and followed by free play and exploration in the backyard. On hot summer days, we turn on the sprinkler and set up a pool for supervised splash fun. Many of my regular guests know each other, which allows for deep friendships and familiar playmates. I also prioritize one-on-one moments with each dog to help them feel safe, loved, and grounded. Afternoons are for naps, cuddles, piano music, or quiet enrichment. In the evening, we enjoy a golden hour walk and cozy family wind-down — often with pups snuggled up on the couch or bed with my daughters and me. Your pet becomes part of our rhythm, and their comfort leads the way.
