Door gate can be fitted for extra security if required. I create a calming, comforting atmosphere for pets who are unwell, elderly, nervous, or experience separation anxiety. With soothing white noise or relaxation music, plenty of clean blankets, cushions, and soft teddies, your pet will feel safe and cared for—along with plenty of cuddles from me! If your pet enjoys being groomed, feel free to bring their brush—I’m happy to include some gentle grooming as part of their care. For more playful pups, I also offer a fun and stimulating environment in my secure garden with dog toys and access to lovely local parks and green spaces for walks and adventures. Really pleased we chose Karen to look after Luna while we were away. Shes a very anxious little pomeranian and this was the first time we've left her, the updates and photos were reassurance that she was settled and making herself at home. I can’t recommend Karen enough! I was so nervous leaving Luna overnight with anyone other than family, but Karen made me feel completely at ease. Her home is super pet-friendly and she really went the extra mile to make sure Luna was safe and happy. Luna can be a bit nervous with new people, but she took to Karen straight away and was snuggled up with her in no time. I loved getting regular pictures and updates, which really reassured me. Karen kindly stepped in to help us on the same day with very short notice. She looked after our dog with so much care and made sure he had a great time. We’re really grateful for her kindness and flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times – it made everything so easy for us.
I have known Karen for a few years and she is one of the kindest people you could meet. We have a little cat called Oat. We had never left him with anyone before, and we were very nervous about leaving him as we were going away for 2 weeks, and I'm really fussy about where we leave the pets. Why I worried I dont know. Every day, Karen would send videos, text messages, and pictures showing us what he was doing and how he was. It was home from home and very reassuring, putting my mind totally at ease. Karen is so caring, thoughtful, and very loving with the animals she looks after. She treats them as if they are her own. I will not let Oat go to anyone or anywhere else other than Karen. I would 100 per cent recommend her.
Karen has been completely devoted to animals and their welfare since she was a child. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter due to her devotion, care and her ability to relate to animals. She has looked after my dogs and cats leaving me to enjoy my holiday without worrying about them. Can be flexible for pet care and long walkies on the common. This is my dream job and i take care of your pet as if they were my own.

Safety, trust & environment
Owned 3 bed semi detached house with a medium sized fenced secure lawned garden. Plenty of room to play ball! Pets are allowed to freely roam my home.
A typical day
I walk at least 10,000 steps a day and would love for your dog to join me on these daily adventures! I'm close to beautiful green spaces and enjoy playing ball in my garden or at the park to keep dogs active and happy. There are plenty of toys here for cats too, so feline guests can enjoy enrichment and play during their stay. I also drive and, with a provided car seat belt and harness, I'm happy to take your dog to other fun and stimulating areas for exercise. Plus, I have easy access to a local 24-hour emergency vet for your peace of mind.
