A typical day
When you entrust your fur-baby to me, they will enjoy a day that feels safe, happy, and as close to their normal routine as possible. Lots of love and attention or quiet time if your sweetie likes to nap. Meals will be prepared exactly as instructed, and, of course, fresh water will ALWAYS be available. The entire day is centered on your pets comfort. Regular photo/video updates will be sent, so you can see firsthand that your best friend is safe and healthy until your return.

My schedule offers the flexibility to meet your needs and shower your pet with attention. I pay close attention to their health and behavior, noticing small changes that might signal an issue. This includes being vigilant on walks and handling any special diets. • Routine and consistency: I meticulously follow your pet's normal routine, from feeding and medication schedules to exercise and play habits. House rules, like keeping pets off the furniture, are respected because consistency is key to reducing your pet’s stress.

Karen was absolutely amazing with our dog, Stella. From the moment we dropped her off, we could tell she and her husband truly care about animals. They treated Stella like she was their own and spoiled her with love (and plenty of treats). We really appreciated the daily updates and pictures, it made being away so much easier knowing she was happy and in great hands. Karen also kept us in the loop on how Stella was doing around the other dogs, which we loved. You can genuinely tell just by talking to them how passionate they are about caring for animals. Their experience with rescue groups really shows in the way they handle and love the dogs they watch.
