I currently work full time in Cary, NC from 9-4pm. I have an office/computer job so my work/boss are very flexible. I work from home Mon and Fri and have more time those two days during the week. I'm also available on the weekends.

I make sure that the dog is let out right away when I get there, based on instructions of the owner. I also make sure that I check the home to ensure no accidents or damage has been done by the pet. I ensure that the pet is fed, watered, and litter boxes are scooped (if applicable). I love going on walks and ensure that the leash is tight around my wrist and usually cross the road when other people or pets are walking by to ensure the dog/whoever is okay in their personal space.

A typical day
Fun activities include lots of playing ! Dependent on the pet of course this could include walks, ball throwing, cat toys/strings, and ensuring that the pet gets some of their energy out before I leave my visit.

Pet care experience
I have at least 20 years of experience taking care of pets. I currently own two cats and have grown up with multiple cats and dogs (we had 6 in a house at once!). I also used to work for a pet service company and Rover in MN where I would make daily visits to let out dogs for potty breaks, take them on walks, provide food and water and have also completed overnight visits to ensure the safety and care of these animals. I also have experience giving medication that is required. Same goes for cats (minus the walks, add the litter box!). I have a full time job during the day (9-4pm) so I am available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. All forms of communication works for me including email, texting, and calling.
