I've had an open layout for my pets. I haven't had to crate or fence my dog. My community is very pet friendly with tons of space to walk and run. The community has a dog park as well as pet disposal bags at every block.

Schedule
I currently work full-time, remote. My schedule is super flexible and can pretty much walk dogs a consistent requested basis. As for weekend I'd prefer mornings!
