Thanks for stopping by my profile, I am currently fully booked on Mondays and Thursdays. I have some space on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as long as your time is flexible week to week. I do require a Meet and Greet before starting any walks. A little about me: I am on Rover because I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I have had dogs all my life and currently have two dogs, an extra large, leash reactive dobie mix and one medium sized lab/shepherd mix. We have done lots of training classes together and they get walked regularly. I also have years of experience volunteering and fostering working with rescue dogs. I have done many classes, including: 1. Leash training 2. body language classes 3. pack walk classes (monthly) 4. Sniffing/enrichment 5. Advanced dog training (I attend advanced classes once a year) I have also completed 5 Vet Tech Credits with the fear free shelter program core module and am a certified trainer through Good Pup Training. Your dogs will be in good hands in my care. I do prefer to walk no more than two dogs at a time. I am happy to do drop in visits at your home for more than two as long as you have a well contained yard. I prefer to use a well fit no pull harness/leash combination when walking your dog, a gentle leader or a sidekick leash. Please no leashes attached to the collar, it’s too easy for dogs to slip out of. Your dogs safety is of upmost importance to me. Let’s set up a Meet and Greet before booking so I can meet you and your pet(s) ahead of the scheduled visits. My philosophy on walks is that the most enriching and enjoyable walk for your pet is a combination of exercise and sniffing, so I try to combine both but will modify based on individual needs. My ultimate goal is to form a bond with your pup(s) so I do like to have clients who need regular walks, therefore at this time I don’t offer one time walks.
