Joy dog sat my dog Joey. I can tell Joey liked Joy instantly because of her pleasant, calm and caring vibe. I really appreciated and felt reassured by the frequent detailed updates, photos and videos. Joey had a fantastic time being pampered with attention and excellent care. My dog was recovering from post-knee surgery and Joy was extremely conscientious in following the rehab instructions. I was very pleased to find an exceptional Rover dog sitter in Leaside and will definitely book Joy again while I go on vacation soon. Thank you so much Joy!!!
We are so happy boarding Dennis with Joy which we have done many times. He is very comfortable leaving us. We give her detailed instructions and she sends us regular pictures and texts so that we know that he is getting his regular walks, food and strokes! Nothing is better than going on vacation when you are secure in the knowledge that your pet is happy.

We highly recommend Joy if you are looking for a thoughtful, conscientious and caring person to care for your dog while you are away. Our experience leaving our pup with Joy was fantastic. She was so caring and attentive. She asked great questions before we left to ensure she could best carry out our pup’s routine and preferences, and she provided us with photos and updates while we were away, giving us amazing peace of mind that our pup was happy and being well cared for in our absence. We definitely will have our pup stay with Joy again when we travel in the future. Having an amazing person care for our dog while we are away, is hugely important to me, and we couldn’t be happier.
She took great care of our pup and gave her lots of attention! ♥️

Schedule
Your dog will receive plenty of attention and daily exercise as part of our structured care routine. We prioritize regular outdoor time, with walks scheduled every 3–4 hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening walks lasting 20–40 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs and energy level.

📍We’re located in the Eglinton (Midtown Toronto) area and live in a pet-friendly condo surrounded by great parks and nearby dog parks that offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration. Dogs in our care enjoy regular walks throughout the neighbourhood, as well as access to our balcony for fresh air and relaxation. 🐶To ensure calm, focused care, we typically host only one dog at a time. Multiple dogs from the same household are welcome. Our home is fully pet-friendly, and pets are allowed on all furniture to help them feel comfortable and at ease. 🚫As we live in a condo, we’re best suited for small to medium-sized dogs and are unable to accommodate dogs over 40 lbs.
A typical day
A typical day includes morning, afternoon, and evening walks (20–40 minutes) , with plenty of outdoor breaks every 3–4 hours. In between, your dog enjoys meals, playtime, cozy naps, and lots of cuddles at home —and we’ll keep you posted with friendly updates along the way.📸🤳💌
