Jordan did a great job taking care of Cowboy and our home while we were away. Cowboy was in great shape when we got home. Communication was good.

We booked a house sitting for Jordan to stay at our house and take care of our pets over Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately we noticed that she spent hardly any time at our home. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first day being it was the holiday, even though it was never communicated to us. However when our pets were left alone for 10+ hours again the next day we decided to end our visit early and had a friend stay with them instead. We wouldn’t be responded to for hours (because she wasn’t doing her job) and when she would respond we caught her in a few lies, telling us what we wanted to hear instead of what she was actually doing. Truthfully I don’t even think she slept here. The bed looks untouched, no snacks/food/drinks were used. We never even saw her take her coat and shoes off.

I waited to submit a review because I was unsure how to rate Jordan. She came a day early to meet Milo and arrived early for her stay. I did not receive any updates on Milo while we were away, so I am unclear about how things went during her time here. What I do know is that she left Milo unattended in the home to pick up her own dog, and we were not informed that she would be leaving. This meant our home was left unlocked, and I do not know how long she was gone. Milo had diarrhea when we returned, which makes me question if he had been left without a walk for an extended period. I am also unsure whether she brought her dog inside the house, as it was in her car when we returned. We came home about two hours early and found Jordan flustered, rushing to get things together before we arrived. She did care for Milo in some capacity, but there were serious lapses in communication and responsibility. I would like to extend grace here, but I am not sure for what, as I am unclear on exactly what happened.

Jordan has watched my furr babies on two occasions. She took care of them and my home while I was away. Prior to her house sitting, we set uup a time for a meet & greet with home tour and all went well. I can see that my babies have warmed up to her and that puts me at ease. If they could talk, they would call her Auntie Jordan. I look forward to using her service in the very near future. Would I recommend her services, absolutely! And to anyone who may be hesistant, do a meet and greet and judge for yourself. Thank you Rover and thank you Auntie Jordan. *Paw prints & hugs!!!
