My apartment is very spacious. I will always keep an eye on the dog and ensure that they are taken care of as long as they are under my supervision. If they are in my apartment, I do have an available kennel for them in case they need an area to feel safe. I will always follow the dogs routine if provided, such as meal times, break times, and when they need to be walked.

If a dog needs special needs, please let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate if possible. Having as much detailed as possible, will allow me to have a better understanding to take care of a dog.
A typical day
Aside from multiple walks I do take any dog to a county park so that way they can socialize if needed but as well play outside to get all the energy out.

GREAT! This was my first time using Rover! Even though I was so last minute (7 pm the day of lol), Johnluke was able to easily take care of my dog. He sent so many photos and videos! My dog went on walks and played fetch! It was fun to be in Charleston receiving those pictures and videos, knowing that she was having so much fun with his dog, Whiskey.

I was left disappointed. John Luke was friendly and upfront that this was only his second time caring for cats, but after the meet and greet, I felt that he would do just fine. But there were several issues during the stay. Communication was minimal, which was the biggest concern for me. I received very few updates, and most were just photos of my cats sitting or lying down. My daughter is a pet sitter on here and I know how important it is to show what you’re actually doing with the pets. I had explained that my cats need daily playtime, but I never received clear updates or videos showing that this was happening, which left me worried they were just bored in his home. When I asked for the videos of Wolfy and Serafina, he sent me a video of one cat playing. And a couple videos after that. In a long 2 week stay, this was minimal on his part. My girl cat does not like the laser, and I never received any media of her playin (which I explained that at drop off and her toy was included) that leads me to believe that she wasn't played with, besides petting her. I also wonder if he brushed them at all. Not sure. I left a detailed list of things that were important to me. Especially that they will get depressed and sad if they're not given proper attention. Towards the very end of the stay, he was a bit better about sending updates. Their feeding schedule was also not followed. They’re used to eating dinner at 6 PM, but he later mentioned getting home around 9 PM, which was never communicated beforehand. So my cats most likely went hungry till he arrived home on a couple or more nights. I do appreciate his honesty when I nervously asked questions. So that was remedied because I asked him to leave the bowl full if he's not sure what time he will arrive. I also showed him in person how to use my their pellet litter system, actually I had him do it, so he can better understand. but a significant amount of fresh pellet was thrown away each time. I was told he ran out so quickly, so I offered to reimburse him for a fresh bag. While mistakes happen, this was frustrating—especially since it had been explained—and I didn’t feel fully acknowledged. He seemed very distracted and different when I dropped off the kitties. When I picked them up, their litter box and bowls were dirty as well. Many of their things were not ready on time of pick up, which was known ahead of time. So I had to return to pick them up at a later date. Searfina also seemed very weird for a few days after pick up. I was so worried. But she seems ok now. John Luke was polite (especially on meet and greet) but this was not a good experience. I will definitely not leave them with John Luke again.

Johnluke took great care of our dogs! He sent lots of photos/videos and kept us updated and how they were. It’s nice knowing they were in good hands.

He was so amazing with our 2 pups while we were out of state! Multiple pictures and videos a day! Will absolutely use him again!
