DOGS LOVE ME!💚💚
Being a senior makes me old school, like being exactly on time or a bit early. I subscribe to the Dog Whisperer tenet of being ALPHA and pack leader to dogs in my care. A dog in a pack is a happy dog. I only use positive reinforcement. Ex.: dog pulling on the leash can be fixed by changing directions every 4 steps to the left, walking in a square, this encourages the dog to slow down and watch his human. Dog hair is a welcome addition to a life well lived, that's why my dogs get furniture and bed privileges. One fact about my dogs i pay attention to is how many sips of water they take. On a very hot day I've seen 30-40. This helps me know easily how my pet is feeling so I can react accordingly. Maybe time to put the soft Frisbee away!

I don't own a pet currently, I've had some health issues that are now resolved. Having been an owner twice in my life has given me many many experiences so I am flexible.

John was an affectionate and attentive caregiver for my German Shepherd. He sent tons of pictures of her living her absolute best life hanging out, going for walks, and snuggling on sofas and in bed. So glad we connected with him for our pet boarding needs!

John has watched my Golden Retriever a number of times. My dogs name is Cody and he is 9 years old. John is always punctual, kind and courteous when he arrives. John is disciplined yet very loving and playful with Cody. I know John will be a great addition to your team!

Schedule
I'm fully retired, and rise early, so morning walks are easy. Breakfast is next, and 1hr later another walk outside. I like to prep a bag to take to the park. My fav is Schiller Park in German Village.
