Hi! My name is Jessica and I am so excited to meet you and your kiddos. I am a registered veterinary technician and PhD student at UGA, and I’ve been pet-sitting for a little over a decade. I am comfortable taking care of pets of all ages, breeds, and needs, including medications. In my personal time I enjoy hiking with my pup, going to the gym, and caring for my houseplants 🌱 NOTE: I believe deeply in the human-animal bond and that everyone deserves to know the love of a pet regardless of their financial resources. My prices reflect my skills and experience, but I never want my care to be cost restrictive. If you need to pay less, please reach out. No questions asked! My current services include: 🗓️ Drop-in Visits I am also available for drop-in visits in your home. These are 30 or 60 minute visits for potty, food, playtime, etc. and are great for cats or dogs. I can accept up to 2 drop-ins a day, but I will make exceptions to this depending on my schedule. 🥾 Dog Walking I love to walk and I’d LOVE to take your dog(s)! I offer 30 or 60 minute walks, in your neighborhood or elsewhere. I prefer that they are friendly with other dogs so that I can bring my pup along, but that isn’t a requirement.

Jessica did a great job taking care of my cats. She sent detailed updates and included pictures with every visit. One of the cats is diabetic and gets insulin twice daily. Will absolutely trust her to watch them in future.
Jessica was so attentive with my boys and was even able to get my nervous one out from under the bed a couple times. She informed me immediately when one of them threw up, and even cleaned up their treat mats before she left. She is a great sitter!
Jessica was very responsive and responsible, assuring me that my girl and home were safe while I was away!
Jessica is A+++. She did daily drop-in visits for my daughter’s two cats for three weeks. She was absolutely wonderful. She was consistent, responsive, reliable, friendly, and extremely responsible. I recommend her with the highest compliments.
Jessica dropped in to take care of our 2 cats while we were out of town for a few days, and she was amazing through the entire process- from the booking to the end of her stay. She was very communicative, flexible, and easy to work with. She sent detailed updates after each visit, with the cutest pics of our boys. When we returned, the cats were super happy as if we never left, and everything was left cleaned/put away. We will definitely reach out to book Jessica again in the future!
I appreciated Jessica’s professionalism and competence. She kept me informed of everything and my dogs were comfortable with her. That meant a lot to me. I’d feel safe having her at my home again.

Schedule
I am a full time graduate student so I am typically gone from 9am-5pm. Drop-ins and walks are scheduled for morning, evening, or weekend. I have more flexibility on holidays!

Safety, trust & environment
Love and safety are my top priority. Your pets will be taken care of like they are my own. I always ask my clients at the beginning of the stay if it is okay if I take their pets to the vet in case of emergency, and I am always available by messenger or phone so that you have peace of mind while you are away.

A typical day
My family is very active and we can tailor our activities to the preferences of the dogs in our care. We love to hike, swim, and go for walks, and your kiddos are always welcome on these activities! We live 5 minutes from Memorial Park and can do dog park trips as well as long as approved by the owners 🌲
