Caring for all creatures!
I have taken care of a wide variety of animals, including reptiles, cats, dogs, and exotic rodents. In particular, I have a lot of experience caring for older dogs and cats. In the past, I have volunteered at local animal shelters as well. Although my profile says I don't have any pets, I do actually own a ball python, and he's pretty much the light of my life.

I anticipate being able to check in on pets frequently throughout the day and should be able to spend quite a bit of time with them during the day if desired.
Ratings and reviews
We needed a house sitter at the last minute and Jessica came through for us. She was very communicative throughout her time with Luisa, left the house in great order and received a review from a neighbor who texted to say our pup looked happy on her walk with Jessica!
Jessica was terrific and left the house spotless. I will use her again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her
Jessica did a great job taking care of my beagles and house.
Jessica took care of our dog for a longer stay (almost two weeks) and it was great. Our dog looked so happy in the photos and our home was clean on our return. We are looking forward to booking with Jessica again!
This is the second time Jessica housesit our dog, and it was another great experience! She is fantastic with our dog (who can take a while to warm up), and takes really good care of our home. She is awesome!

Schedule
I am a postdoc at the university, and I have a pretty flexible schedule and can work from just about anywhere. Plus, going for a walk with a dog or two sounds like the best kind of work break.

- Please let me know about your dog's temperament ahead of time. I prefer to meet with pets and their owners before confirming services, but it is helpful to know going in. If I am house or dog sitting, please also let me know if any of your animals are afraid of bad weather, such as thunderstorms. I know some animals do get scared and prefer to have someone around and am willing to make extra trips to be with them if needed.
