Jesse was simply wonderful. He connected with our dog Woogie immediately, and you could tell that he truly cares about animals. I was in a somewhat urgent need to find a dog sitter who can stay overnight, and Jesse took the time to meet us - and Woogie - beforehand. Woogie loved him right away, and when I got back home, I could tell that he treated Woogie very well, like his own family. He even let her sleep with him in the guest bed (which was likely not too comfortable), but he wanted to do everything to keep Woogie happy. Jesse sent regular updates and photos and left the house like he found it. I cannot say enough good things about him! I highly recommend Jesse - and Woogie does too.
Jesse stayed with our five animals for more than a week in the dead of winter. Not only did he take care of each animal, he took care of the house and the property. When we returned home we found five well maintained and happy animals and an immaculately clean house that was treated with great care. He shoveled the steps and stairs and retrieved our mail and packages. We are thrilled to have found him as our house sitter as were our three cats and two dogs.
Jesse is THE BEST. After requesting the booking, he came out to meet us and our two boys, taking his own personal time to make sure it was a good fit. During his stay, he kept us informed with pictures and notes on the pups. He left our house just as he found it and, most important, we came home to 2 happy, sleepy dogs, tired after a vacation of their own! Jesse is reliable and incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. Can’t wait to have him back!

Schedule
I'm a professional juggler (ha!) and pretty flexible most days. I'm a student and work a few part time jobs but can usually accommodate even on short notice.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to provide care in your home, and will treat your home, property and of course your pets with the upmost respect. In addition to caring for your pets, I am happy to bring in the mail or delivered packages, roll your trash can up from the curb, and provide other random services at your request as needed. I may be able to provide boarding care in my home with notice on a case by case basis for house-trained pets who are dog and cat friendly.
Pets
A typical day
I love to walk the Sue Grossman trail in Torrington/Winsted, but would also enjoy exploring around your neighborhood, or play time on your property with toys to help them burn lots of energy. I'm happy to practice basic commands as well.
