Hi, I'm Jen and am a professional dog sitter, not a weekend warrior. I previously provided boarding and daycare services for almost a decade thru the Rover app but sold my home and am now providing in-home care via drop-in visits or house sitting in my new (but old) home state, Pennsylvania! I have cared for pups since I was a kid (that's me in my profile pic aged 10). Rest assured that I am one of the most qualified Rover sitters and will take care for your pups and home better than most. A steady routine is best for pups so we will discuss your pups daily schedule and I will adhere to that (with a ton of extra play and cuddles, of course!). I will need to know their potty, feeding and sleep schedule as well as any medical issues they may have or medicines/vitamins they may take. The more information you provide the better! I am a professional sitter and am available to book 7 days a week. I will also care for your home while you are away and will provide all my own necessities. While you are away I will also care for your home and plants, etc. and receive mail/packages. My vehicle is large enough to transport any size pup in case of emergency. If you have a yard, we will play in the yard if that is your pups speed - if your dog is elderly and is more a sleepy-dog, we'll chill and snuggle. Knowing basic daily routine and habits as well as any medical issues is super important. Keeping your pup on schedule and in his/her daily routine will make his/her time away from you much easier and make your return hassle free (no retraining!).

I do not currently sit pets in my home but am happy to sit them in yours via drop-ins or house sitting and will adhere to the care instructions you provide as well as share additional care options that I think may be beneficial to your pet(s), if any.

Jen was amazing, and it was such a pleasure to work with her! Her knowledge and experience with dogs, especially considering our high-maintenance Siberian Huskies, left us very confident that we could trust our babies with her while we were away for a week. We have four dogs—three young adult Siberian Huskies and an older mixed-breed. Our four dogs absolutely adored Jen. We've never seen them so attached to someone other than us. Jen communicated regularly and sent us pictures daily, and we could tell our dogs were being well cared for. She was respectful of our home and left it nice and tidy. She checked our mail, brought in our trash bin, and even let us know of a house issue that came up while she was sitting. I’m so happy we found Jen; she was the only reason we were able to enjoy our vacation stress-free without worrying about our dogs. Jen was fantastic with our dog and cat. She took very good care of them and sent pictures of them every day. Being new to having a house/pet sitter, she made us feel very comfortable. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!

It was great to work with Jen during our dog's stay. Communication before and during they stay was excellent. Judging from the pictures exchanged, I could tell our puppy was having a blast. I honestly felt confident that Jen was taking great care our family member.
I felt very lucky to have found Jen. I could tell baby really seemed to enjoy his stay from the numerous photos she sent me. He came home to me tail wagging, and belly full? thank you Jen!

When I am with your pets they receive my full attention as pet sitting is my full time privilege. I take the care and well-being of animals very seriously and will treat your pets as my own.
