I make sure to follow the routine set by the pet owners as clearly as possible, ensuring all animals have access to food, water, bedding, bathroom areas (inside or out), and whatever else they may need (i.e. specific things like medication, etc.). I also show plenty of love and affection to all pets and do my best to help them feel safe and know that they are in good hands.

Please let me know beforehand if your pet has any special needs, such as specific medication required, limitations on movement/food/water intake, etc. so I can be prepared in advance to provide the best care possible.
A typical day
I love to go on walks with dogs and make sure they have plenty of enrichment with games and activities that provide energetic stimulation. With cats, I engage in activities with them that help keep them active and are fun for them (i.e. laser pointer, cat toy wand, etc.).

Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs for most of my life since my early teenage years, almost 20 years ago now. My oldest dog prior to their passing was 15 years old and was with me from when they were a few weeks old, so I have experience with dogs at all life stages including senior care for dogs. I have pet-sit for friends and family many times over the years and always ensure that all pets have the best care possible and are well taken care of and know they’re loved. I take care of all animals in this way and would be happy to help take care of your precious babies, also!

Jayme has taken care of my family pets for years and has always done an amazing job! At one point, we had 2 large dogs, 1 small dog, and a cat. She has stayed over night for a week while we were on vacation and also done check-ins. If she ever had a question, she reached out so the animals got the best care possible. I highly recommend her, as she truly loves animals!
