Janelle took excellent care of my dog, Pepper, while I was visiting family in the midwest from California. She communicated well, was punctual and I felt Pepper was well cared for. She was quite flexible in her schedule which allowed us to plan spontaneous outings knowing we didn't have to worry about finding different people to care for our dog. Pepper got to know her during our trip and I will definitely reach out to her the next time we are in the area.
