Trustworthy Home and Pet Sitter
I have had many canine companions throughout my life. I welcome new ones every chance I get! I know that it can be stressful for animals when their owners leave, and I do my best to make them feel comfortable by creating a rhythm and routine that is similar to the one they are used to. If your dog has a favorite trail to walk, toy to play with, or loves belly rubs, I want to learn about it! I think little things like this go a long way when making your dog feel comfortable in the presence of someone new. I love to walk, run, hike, and play... and of course, throw the ball. I am available for drop in visits, walks, and multi-day stays in your home. My work schedule is very fluid, so I am able to adjust it to fit the needs of you and your dog. One of our pups has a serious autoimmune issue and I honestly thought we’d have to pause all travel because of the risks. We decided to try Rover during a window when she was feeling well and Jamie has such good ratings. Everything I was worried about happened - my dog shut down because we left her, her autoimmune had a little flair, she got a UTI bc of the immune suppressing drugs she has to take, we had to adjust her meds each day based on what was happening. Jamie handled this with more ease and confidence than I would have ever expected. We stayed in close communication and she handled everything that came up. My dog was quickly very comfortable with Jamie spoiling her. By the end of our trip, I actually stopped worrying about our dog. Never thought I’d see the day. I will absolutely contact Jamie again when we need care for our animals!
We love Jamie. She did great with our dogs. She has a calm and kind energy. She was very patient with our older dog who is fearful of strangers and protective. Great communication. We definitely would love for her to watch our dogs again. ❤️
We highly recommend Jamie! She did a remarkable job house sitting for us and took amazing care of our three dogs. We returned home to very happy and calm hounds, which shows she made sure they didn't have any anxiety in our absence. She was flexible and helpful with a couple of unexpected requests and left the house in amazing, immaculate shape. We were completely comfortable and at ease knowing everything was in her hands and would definitely want to use her services again.

This is our first house sitting experience with Jamie and have nothing but positive feedback. Excellent communication and follow-through. An attentive and detail-oriented care-taker for our two dogs who span in age from 13 yrs to just under 2 yrs. We will be return clients!
