Hi there! My name is Jamie, I’m 28 and work part-time as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in pediatrics. I’ve always had pets growing up and caring for them has been a big part of my life. I started pet sitting as a teenager and joined Rover in college (2019). As I’ve established my OT career I truly miss working with animals so I’ve decided to get back into it! I’ve read several books on animal psychology and love learning about the way pets think and feel, and learn. I pride myself on being attentive, respectful, and caring with every pet I look after. Whether your pet needs care while you’re away or just some extra love and attention, I’d be happy to help! Looking forward to meeting you and your pets!

When I care for pets in their home, I do my best to keep their routine consistent- feeding, walks, playtime and medication just the way they’re used to. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Jamie did a wonderful job taking care of Mali. Mali was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. I will definitely not hesitate to use Jamie in the future.
Jamie did a great job taking care of our dogs! Anytime we texted to check on them, she replied fairly quickly. She also sent a few texts to let us know they were doing well. She also sent a video showing them all relaxing with her, so cute! We will definitely request her on our next trip. It's very comforting to know that if we have a trip in which we can't take them with us, that she can take good care of them while we're gone. Thanks so much Jamie!!
Jamie is fabulous! It was so great to know my fur babies were in good hands. She took great care of them and also understood that everyone is a bit unique and our differences give us strength - even in dogs! Especially with CeCe being deaf, it was so great to have her at the house at night so CeCe never had to feel alone. I highly recommend her and hope she will sit for us again!

I’m currently working part time where I make my own schedule so I’m very flexible and can help out during the week or the weekend!
