Hello! My name is Jacquelyn and I have been living in Wasaga Beach with my husband for the last 4 years. I love pets and grew up surrounded by family dogs, cats and hamsters. I have a few repeat customers since joining Rover two years ago, specifically providing pet care for owners away at work, at a special occasion or out of town on vacation. If you need a sitter for a few days or someone to simply walk your dog for 30 minutes, please reach out and we can coordinate a time to meet. All the best, Jacquelyn 🛏️ BOARDING 🛏️ I take dogs (only one dog at a time), cats (additional cats welcomed) and small pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets) for boarding. I also only take one pet family at a time - including any additional pets you may have. If your dog is unable to sleep independently outside our bedroom, this may not be a fit. 🐕🦺 DOG WALKING 🐕🦺 Safety is my #1 priority and I abide by the street rules when walking adjacent with traffic. I would like to meet you and your dog beforehand to ensure this is a fit and am happy to take on weekly clients at this time. 🚗 DROP IN VISITS 🚗 Similar to dog walking, I am accepting weekly appointments as well as the occasional visit. During our meet-and-greet, we will go over house access (by either providing me a key or door code), meal prep, water station(s) and litter box location.

Jacquelyn went above and beyond while supporting my cats. I felt so comfortable leaving their care in her hands, she came to my house twice day to give my cat his medication and while here she played with them and sent me so many cute photos! I made an error in my drop in schedule and Jacquelyn accommodated me immediately to make sure the cats would be fed. I cannot thank her enough and will be reaching out again in the future!

Schedule
I am available all days of the week (Sunday to Saturday) and can be reached by Rover messenger. I will respond to enquiries the day of receiving your message at my earliest convenience.

Safety, trust & environment
We currently live in a spacious two-floor home with no other pets or children present. Your dog or cats will have free range to roam the home except for our bedroom. Any caged animals will have their own guest room to stay in. We accept only one pet family at a time, meaning you do not need to worry about your pets interacting with any unfamiliar animals.
A typical day
Watching TV on the couch, hanging out in my husband's office (since he works from home five-days a week), playing with toys on the floor and staircase (we find cats love our carpeted stairs that lead up to the bedrooms). For house sitting - walking dogs in their neighbourhood, hanging out in the backyard, sitting on the couch watching TV, letting dogs out for their morning and evening bathroom routines.
