They were both great. No issues with our two big retrievers having a lot of energy and we're able to handle our two small Chihuahuas at the same time. They were respectful of our home and followed directions perfectly. Also gave great updates throughout the day. Will definitely be reaching out again for their assistance.
Jackie and Robert were mostly on time with their visits, however came 45 minutes late one morning, which is hard for our senior dog. For some reason they shut the door to one of the bedrooms that our cat spends the most time in (but doesn’t have any food, water or litter box). Fortunately she was not in the room when the door got closed. They also lowered the AC to 70 degrees without checking with us. I know they were probably concerned about our dog panting but had they messaged us we could have told them he regularly pants due to chronic illnesses. No one should you lower your air conditioning significantly without approval.
Jackie took great care of my cat and has a nice set up! She even found a solution to her 'scarf and barf' problem by using lick mats. Frequent pictures and videos were a great way to check in. She was also very kind and flexible with some delays i had due to travel when picking up my cat. Will definitely try to book again in the future!
Jack was super easy to work with and always very quick to respond to any messages. Highly recommend!
AMAZING!!!! I have three cats and she took such good care of them! She sent me updates, videos, etc. If you love your pets as much as I love mine and want someone who will take the best care of them, then Jackie is your girl.

I am happy to say that I am now a full time care provider for fur babies. I have been lucky enough to have a job I truly love.
