I have been taking care of pets for 15 years and have been on/off Rover for the past 10 years. I am able to take care of pets - walk, jog, feed/water, training, light grooming, and taking dogs to the dog park, beach or play dates. If house sitting overnight, I take care of the house - light surface cleaning, take out garbage/recycling, collect mail, and care for plants. I’m flexible on other items you may need. About me: I enjoy the outdoors and have recently moved to the north valley. I look forward to exploring the area. I like to dance, do yard work/garden, organize, and hike. In the past I have owned 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 chickens, and hamsters. I have volunteered with the Humane Society Seattle as part of their Dogs Behavior and Socialization team using clicker training coupled with positive reinforcement. I have raised 3 pups into adulthood. You can rest assure that your loved pet(s) will be cared for.

A good puppy is a tired puppy and a happy cat is a fed cat :) joking aside, I have pets and have owned homes so I will treat your pet and home like I would my own.

Jackie is a dedicated and loving pet-sitter! I have known her for decades - and known her through owning her own 2 dogs and 2 cats. She has taken care of my own three cats while I’ve been out of town for week-long trips. I am always confident in her care for my pets and have the utmost trust in leaving them with her. What peace of mind while traveling!
Jackie is awesome!! She has taken care of our 2 cats and puppy on multiple occasions, usually when we are out of town for multiple days. All the pets seem a little bummed when we return because that means that Jackie isn’t coming around anymore 😂 Jackie is very communicative and all around a wonderful human. 10/10 would recommend her to all my fellow pet pawrents!

Jackie’s an all around 10/10. She truly cares and tries to understand animals, no matter how weird they are. We left our senior kitty anji with her multiple times and couldn’t have asked for a better sitter :)
I am so grateful to have met Jackie! She is friendly, flexible and wonderful with my pup, Moose. Jackie provides thorough and thoughtful updates, sends adorable pictures of her visits/walks with Moose, responds quickly and gives my pup so much love! I appreciate her open communication and her clear availability. I hate being away from Moose during the day, but we are so lucky that Jackie has chosen to spend time with Moose while I'm gone.
Jackie has a natural magnetic attraction to dogs, with mutual love seen upon first impression when she cared for my poodle and my former bichon. As a person, Jackie is dependable, punctual, organized, and easy to reach/a good communicator.

Schedule
I work in healthcare in a hybrid role and can take care of your pet for walks visits, and house sitting. I have pets of my own and own a home so I know how to take care of both like they're my own.
