I am very happy to provide a testimonial for Jack Kyne who first joined our family-run dog walking and daycare business ‘Hales Tails’ as a work experience placement. What started as work experience while he was a student obtaining his degree. We then took him on part-time, Jack has now been a valued member of our team for four years and is still currently employed by us. During this time, he has gained extensive hands-on experience working with a wide variety of dogs, including walking dogs in small groups and managing different personalities, sizes and behaviours. My French Bulldog, Lila, has known Jack since she was a puppy and has built an incredible and very special bond with him over the years. Lila is not always easy when it comes to walking with other people, but Jack is the only person she consistently enjoys going out with. His calm, caring approach and understanding of dogs make him truly exceptional. Knowing Lila is in his care gives me complete peace of mind. Jack is amazing with her and always knows exactly how to make her feel comfortable, happy, and secure. He treats Lila as if she were his own and always goes above and beyond to ensure she is well looked after. Jack has a strong passionate to look after and takes full responsibility when walking/sitting with my dog when I am away. So I feel comfortable to trust him to look after my dog. I see that he’s well knowledgeable and notice quickly during something happen or behaviour change like how my dog has difficulty in social situation, but Jack managed to calm him. So, that’s why he’s the excellent role model as an experienced dog lover.
