Please let me know if your pet(s) have any health conditions, allergies, mobility issues or concerns. Daily routine & schedule (feeding times, walk length, litter box habits, etc). House rules-(furniture access, crate use, feeding boundaries). Leash behavior-(pulling, reactivity, fear of cars/people/other dogs/cats). Energy level & exercise needs (couch potato vs. marathon runner 😄). Training cues your pet knows (and any commands you’re currently working on). Behavior quirks or triggers (resource guarding, separation anxiety, fear of grooming tools, hiding spots for cats). Also any and all habits you do not wish to reinforce. Let me know what kind of dog you have, type of coat, and how much experience they have with grooming & nail trims. I specialize In specific coat types but I am open to all!
A typical day
When your pet is in my care, fun and enrichment are always part of the day! As a professional dog groomer who loves training, I naturally turn walks, drop-ins, and playtime into engaging experiences tailored to each pet’s personality and energy level. Boarding with me is your dogs vacation! For dogs, our walks aren’t just about stretching legs—they’re a chance to practice good leash manners, explore safely, and enjoy sniff breaks and mini training games (with lots of praise, of course!). I love incorporating basic obedience, confidence-building exercises, and mental stimulation so your dog comes home happy, fulfilled, and relaxed. During drop-in visits or boarding, I make sure pets get quality one-on-one attention. That can mean playtime with favorite toys, enrichment activities like puzzle games, brushing, full grooming or nail trims, or calm cuddles for pets who prefer a slower pace. I’m just as happy keeping cats entertained with interactive play or giving them peaceful companionship on their terms. 🐱 Every pet is different, and I take pride in customizing our time together so they feel safe, loved, and genuinely excited for my visits!

Our first time having Hiley cut Bella’s hair, it went so smoothly! Bella’s a very difficult dog when she gets groomed (and she HATES nail trims), but she was so gentle with her. Hiley asked for a quiet space for her and Bella’s appointment which definitely helped. She made both of us feel comfortable, and Bella looks adorable. Really glad we found her!
I only go to Hiley to get my golden retriever his haircut and to have her take him on walks, He always looks so good afterward and never seems stressed. Hiley is really thorough, and she always asks lots of questions to find out exactly what I want. I really love that she comes to our house, I think Bentley does too.
