Charlie loved Helen from the offset. Helen communicated well and Charlie looked so happy in the pictures she sent of their walk. I was confident that Helen was taking good care of Charlie!
Helen was great with our dog who liked immediately her. They spent the day together and I came home to a happy dog - what more is needed! Would definitely book Helen again.

Helen was amazing looking after our dog for a week via rover. It was very last minute and she totally saved us. Daily updates and photos of Willow having the best time. Constant TLC, cuddles, playing and little walks. Our dog needs some specialist care as she's an old lady and I felt completely confidence that Helen had this all in hand. My dog is definitely going to be sad to leave Helen haha.
Helen looked after my dog, Alba this summer for a week while I was on holiday, and I can only say Wow! I received lots of photos of a very happy and well looked after pooch who got taken on lots of really great walks. Helen was very conscientious and diligent in checking in on Alba's needs before and during her week pet sitting and checked in with me regularly. I would highly recommend Helen and will be asking her first if I ever Alba needs looking after in the future.

Schedule
I am a PhD researcher and so my schedule can be variable but also flexible. I am often available for single days, and full weekends or longer week-long sits

I am very understanding of specific needs of individual pets and will always communicate with you on this. I will always respect your wishes on, for example, leashing and how long you leave your pet.
A typical day
I love being physically active and getting out for long walks but will take your lead on what is right for your dog. I am happy to do long walks or even runs or swims if your dog loves that sort of thing. However, I also know that not all dogs are happy on longer walks, and age or medical conditions can limit the length or gradient of walks they’re comfortable with. For these dogs, I will still ensure they get enough fresh air and mental stimulation without causing any unnecessary physical strain. I am happy taking dogs to a variety of different and fun environments such as the woods or beach but also happy to just play with some toys in the park if they prefer that !
