Hayley was awesome with Sophie!! She updated me with photos and was very good to communicate with me. I highly recommend her services and will use her again when we come back to visit DW!!

I wish I had a better review but for the first time in 7 years of using Rover I had a bad experience choosing this new sitter. I have 2 German Shepherds. My 11.5 year old German Shepherd had a clean bill of health when I left on a 4 day trip, on the day I was coming home the sitter contemplated taking her to the ER because she was acting off and refusing food but later said she seemed okay and left. Long story cut short I got home and the next day early in the morning we took her to the ER, she did not make it there alive she actually passed away in our car. We have no idea what happened and the vet cannot give us much information since she arrived with no pulse. I filed a report with Rover but because my dog did not pass away during her care they will not be taking any action. The sitter was not very communicative, I had to always initiate conversation asking how my dogs were doing, the day I was coming home was the day I found out my dog refused food the evening before and the morning of, had I not asked I don’t know when she would have told me. she also had her friend who is on Rover as well join her on staying in our home, which is totally fine but I was told the day of when I had already left to the airport. I asked multiple times if anything had happen and she did tel me she left them outside unattended for approx. 10 minutes and when she returned my dog was eating dead leaves. When I got home I noticed the water bowl was almost green from old water not being cleaned or refilled. It makes me sad that I have to post this review but this was my experience with her - whether it was my dog’s time and it was an awful coincidence or the sitter didn’t take good care of her, I’ll never know.

Hayley was super sweet, very attentive on my baby and with a good availability for my dogs crazy schedule lol. Thank you so much!

Hayley is a wonderful! Took great care of my pup. I know my pet is in good hands with her and she is very experienced. She helped keep my dog calm during FL thunderstorms and gets all of my dogs playful energy out with walks and playtime. Super reliable, I highly recommend her to others!

Hayley was amazing with my 2 kitties! She’s the first one that they’ve both instantly been super comfortable with. Will definitely be booking again when I need to!
