DO NOT BOOK!! And yes I got very upset about my child she ruined my trip and etc!! My experience with Haneen through Rover was extremely stressful and disappointing. I booked her to care for my dog, Kash, while I was traveling out of the country. Kash is a calm, well-trained Goldendoodle who is not normally an excessive barker, especially at night. Shortly after I dropped him off, Haneen began contacting me repeatedly, saying that Kash would not stop barking and that her neighbors were complaining. This continued throughout my trip and made it very difficult for me to relax. At the same time, the photos she sent showed Kash looking happy and comfortable. Since she lives in an apartment complex, I believe the unfamiliar environment, people walking nearby, and other dogs in the building may have triggered him. I noticed dogs in the building when I picked him up, which may also explain his unusual behavior. If Kash was barking that excessively, it was clear that something about the environment was making him uncomfortable. Rover attempted to find another sitter, but because it was a holiday weekend, no one was available. My pickup was scheduled and approved for Monday. However, on Sunday evening, Haneen informed me that she had to work and had left my dog alone in her apartment for several hours. I asked whether someone could meet me so that I could pick him up, but she said no one was available. She then asked me to compensate her for an additional night, even though the pickup complications resulted from her work schedule and availability not from a change I requested. I did not believe it was fair to charge me additional money under those circumstances. Between the repeated calls while I was out of the country, the concerns about my dog being left alone for hours, the change to the approved pickup arrangement, and the request for additional payment, this experience disrupted my entire trip. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Haneen as a Rover sitter. I’ve been told her I had a three hour work meeting and training today she kept messaging me while I’m in my live training at work asked me what time I said I just told you it’s three hours and kept going and kept going. She inconvenience me to the point. I had to leave my meeting to go pick up my dog with my boyfriend because I just didn’t know what to expect from her. She should not be on Rover. I’m not playing with. You guys do not book her. Her complex probably doesn’t even allow this!

Haneen is wonderful caregiver. She has patience and empathy for any animal. I have never had an issue with her watching my dog. She especially loves reptiles and cats!!
