I like knowing the usual things like allergies, preference of toy types, anticipated frequency of potty breaks, and exercise tolerance. It's also helpful to know an owner's preference for updates. I'm completely fine with the full spectrum, so let me know your preference. Please let me know if your pets are cat—and dog-friendly. This is important so I can keep them separate from mine if needed! Also, let me know if there are any special needs or behaviors to look out for. If you're working on any training, I'm happy to reinforce that in the time I spend with them! If your pups have sensitive stomachs and you would like me to use their treats only, please send the treats with them. I will also keep you informed if the pup is runny or wet ? and how it progresses throughout the day. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or requirements I can attend to. Examples include any special dietary needs or medication that must be administered.
A typical day
I love to take nice walks, allowing the pups to explore nature and get some good-quality sniffs in. If your dog is high-energy, I can make the walks longer or play fetch in the backyard if it's fenced in with lots of playtime!!

I have been a dog owner for most of my life and am an avid dog lover and pet caregiver. For over ten years, I have cared for pets not only personally but also for family members and friends. Currently, I have two dogs that we’ve had since they were puppies: an elderly Shih Tzu Maltese mix who is living his best life, and a miniature schnauzer who is incredibly sweet but dislikes being left alone. We also have a cat who graciously allows us to live with her. In the past, I have owned birds, fish, and guinea pigs, so I am comfortable handling a variety of pets at all life stages.
