I specialize in all cats and especially animals that have senior/medical needs!! Most pets prefer to stay in their own homes while their owners are away. I have taken courses to help understand dog/cat stress and can take steps to reduce as much stress as possible during my stay. I am a girl born and raised in Wisconsin. I moved to Maine to pursue a degree in Marine Science and ended up in Veterinary medicine as a vet assistant after finishing my degree. I needed a big life change and moved in Washington/Kitsap County in 2021! I now work in human medicine as a surgery technician but still love and miss working with animals. Since working in veterinary medicine, I am confident working with animals with a variety of medical needs and behaviors. I have developed a great attention to detail and have learned warning signs of illness. I have also taken many courses on low-stress introductions so I can make sure your pet feels comfortable with me! I am a passionate animal lover and have a multitude of experiences working with pets of all shapes and sizes. I have been the go to person for all of our clients, friends, and family for help with their pets. They know when their pet is with me, they are well cared for. I have been pet sitting for 5+ years and I am always flexible to your pet needs. We know pets can be fussy at times especially when owners are gone and I will ensure they receive their medications, grooming, play time as requested.
