I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and am the proud mom of a 4-year-old rescue Ridgeback/Boxer. Being a rescue dog parent has given me hands-on experience with strong, intelligent, and sensitive dogs, and has deepened my understanding of patience, structure, and trust-building. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I pay close attention to body language, stress signals, and individual needs. I’ve also completed a dog training course with Brandon McMillan, which strengthened my understanding of clear communication, consistency, and positive, relationship-based training techniques. This helps me reinforce good habits and handle common behavior challenges calmly and confidently while keeping pets safe and comfortable. In addition, I have extensive experience working with seniors, both personally and professionally. I grew up volunteering at the Coon Rapids Senior Center and continue to work closely with seniors in my career. Because of this, I’m especially mindful and sensitive to working with senior citizens in need of services—whether that means slower walks, medication routines, mobility awareness, or simply providing calm, reassuring companionship. Overall, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and highly reliable approach to pet sitting and walking. I value routine, safety, clear communication, and treating every pet as the individual they are—just like family.
