Antes de cada servicio propongo un “meet and greet” para entender la rutina de tu mascota y las medidas de seguridad de tu hogar (alarmas, portones, medidas de seguridad alternas). Soy extremadamente atenta a los detalles y puedo asegurarle que tanto su mascota como su hogar estarán seguros. Espere actualizaciones detalladas con fotos adjuntas en cada chequeo que haga y comunicación directa para que se pueda relajar sabiendo que sus mascotas y hogar estarán en buenas manos😊

I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter to take care of Maya, Milo, and Matías this weekend. From the moment I left, I felt confident knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. Gianni was incredibly attentive to each of them and took the time to make sure they were all comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I especially appreciated the frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout the weekend. Seeing Maya, Milo, and Matías going about their normal routines and looking so comfortable gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She also handled their medications, that extra level of care meant a lot to me, especially because caring for multiple pets requires patience and attention to detail. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about them and wasn’t simply checking in on them. She spent time with them, paid attention to their individual needs, and kept me informed about how everyone was doing. Maya, Milob, and Matías were clearly happy and comfortable when I came home, which is the best sign I could have asked for. I’m extremely grateful for the care, communication, and peace of mind she provided. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely trust her with my three babies again.
