I work at a school, so I have the entire summer off beginning Memorial Day weekend, save for a couple vacations. Whether it be overnight or days of check ins and providing company, I will be able to devote a lot of time to your sweet friend!

I’m more than willing to wear out active dogs that need physical and mental stimulation, like walks/jogs or playing with toys indoors or outdoors. I’m also happy to relax with lazier friends that just need a bit of company.

Growing up, I’ve always had many types of pets in my home; ranging from dogs and cats, to lizards and guinea pigs. Because of this I’ve been the go-to sitter for many friends and family. I’m no stranger to high maintenance pets and am willing to accommodate any special requests or embrace any quirks that will make you and your furry friend feel more comfortable.

Gemma was incredibly kind and respectful with our pets and our home. She gave us consistent updates throughout the whole weekend about how our pets were doing. And provided many pictures. Our animals have lots of medicines and supplements, and Gemma was able to handle them all. Our pets loved her!
Gemma took great care of both of our large dogs. She stayed at our house for two nights, played with the pups until they were wore out and gave us frequent pupdates. She also cares for other animals as she took care of our conure. She left the house spotless and was very pleasant to deal with.
I have an extremely medically complex dog, who is on medications for epilepsy, cushings disease, and different skin conditions. He was very rarely watched by anyone else. I had to fly across the country, and taking him wasn’t an option and he needed much more attention than a boarding facility could provide and didn’t want him to feel alone. Gemma stayed with him, sent photos, gave plenty of updates. It was incredibly appreciated and was hard for me to be away from him for my trip but Gemma did a wonderful job easing my worries and I will trust her to watch him anytime.
Gemma was so good watching my pets (dog and cat) while I was out of town! I would highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs!
