🐾 I’m absolutely obsessed with cats—and honestly, that’s the biggest reason I’m here. Rover isn’t just a side thing for me… I genuinely love spending time with cats and getting to know all their unique personalities. At home, I care for three cats of my own, so I understand everything from playtime energy to quiet, independent moods. I’m also known locally as a stray cat feeder and caretaker, and I always keep cat food in my car—because you truly never know when a hungry kitty might need help. Caring for animals isn’t something I “turn on”—it’s just part of who I am every day. While cats are my specialty, I’ve recently been spending more time around dogs as well and have become increasingly comfortable and confident with them. I’m patient, attentive, and quick to adapt to different temperaments, whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between. Walked my dog over the weekend when I was away
Eydid did an amazing job house sitting and pet setting my elderly cat Simone for nearly 3 weeks, while I was on honeymoon. He routinely sent pictures and videos and even spent the night a few times to give Simone night time cuddles, which she loves so much. She was in the best spirits I’ve seen my cat after being gone for so long I am recommending him (and Valeria) to all of my friends
My cats are so happy that Eydid stops by an take care of them they almost don't miss me when I leave! Thanks for taking such good care of them!
Eydid was great. We came back to a very clean house and a super happy cat!! He was super communicative, kind, and i felt very comfortable knowing he was with our cat while we were out of town. He seems to really care about what he does ☺️
I have two cats that are very picky about who they will be around and I selected Eydid because their profile shows how passionate they are with cats. It was my first time using Rover or any sitter and I was definitely anxious about it. Eydid is amazing - he took the time to get to know my cats, sit with them, and play with them. They love Eydid and that says a lot! Eydid was very respectful of my home and provided me with great updates and pics & videos of the cats having fun. 10/10 would select again. In fact I already have booked Eydid for another session when I am traveling out of the country :D
Eydid is such a kind and considerate sitter. His communication is consistent and he’s incredibly accommodating. One of my cats is not the most social, but Eydid was so good with him, and helped him feel comfortable to come out and eat his food. It was such a relief to know that my feline friends were in good hands, even on short notice!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I recently bought a house here in Albany, so it’s just me and my studies now — which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to devote to caring for your cats. As a law student, my classes are only on Mondays and Wednesdays, so the rest of the week I’m fully available to spend quality time making sure your cat (or cats!) get the love, attention, and care they need.

In a client’s home, I focus on keeping your cat’s routine consistent and stress-free. That means fresh food and water on schedule, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime and affection — whether that’s cuddles, brushing, or just quiet company if your cat prefers space. I always make sure to respect your home, follow your instructions closely, and send regular updates so you know your pet is happy and safe. If I’m welcoming a cat into my own home, I create a calm, cozy environment with safe spaces for them to explore or retreat to, depending on their personality. I treat every cat as if they were my own — with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.

A typical day
I tailor fun activities to each cat’s personality. For the playful ones, I’ll bring out toys for interactive games like chasing feathers or laser pointers, or create little hide-and-seek adventures to keep them engaged. For the cuddle bugs, I’m more than happy to spend quiet time giving them the attention, lap time, and affection they love. I also enjoy brushing, talking to them, and just hanging out so they feel comfortable and cared for. My goal is always to keep them happy, entertained, and feeling loved while you’re away.
