I’m a certified volunteer handler for service dogs in training at 4 Paws for Ability. Sitters and handlers are trained to train, care for, and accumulate soon to be service dog puppies. I also have have experience as an overnight pet sitter for dogs of all sizes and backgrounds. I am comfortable with any breed and do well with pets suffering from anxiety.

It’s totally normal for your pet to get the puppy blues without you there. Some things I do that has often helped ease this anxiety is being available for around the clock care, doing some soothing activities like mat licking, and lots of belly scratches!

Emily took care of our two huskies and we had total peace of mind on our trip because of her. She took our instructions seriously, gave the dogs a ton of exercise and affection, and was all around an excellent communicator. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
Emily is lovely and took great care of our dog Scout! She kept Scout so comfortable and gave her lots of love while we were away. She took the time to send us pictures and updates throughout our trip too! We came home to a very neat home and a very happy pup. Schedule
I just moved to Lexington to start my PhD program at UK and am excited to get to know the area. A lot of my work and research is done outside of class so little time will be spent away from your pups!
