I follow a routine to ensure they feel secure and at ease. I also build trust by spending quality time with them, respecting their boundaries, and providing positive reinforcement. For pets in my care, I ensure they have fresh food, water, and clean spaces, and I always make time for exercise and play. Whether in my home or a client's, I create an environment where pets feel safe, loved, and cared for.
