We are located about one hour from Disney World in a new subdivision. We have a secure fenced yard and A/C at 70 degrees.I am home all day and my husband is a retired police officer with years of canine experience . With 4 children plus extras we had multiple rescued dogs always in our home -Rottweillor ,German Shepherd, Poodle , Boston Terrier , Schnauzer , Chihuahua ( yes , every size !) -and those whose ancestry would always be a mystery ! Every one was a rescue or in need -and we could not give a count of those who fostered on their way to a great home .Our children are grown and our last senior dog passed away 7 years ago . A vacation visit is ideal for us -and we would love to make it ideal for your "best friend "! I prefer to keep guests from only one family at a time so that your pet has constant quality care. While raising 4 children in the military life I formed friendships with local shelter employees who would give me some of their many abandoned dogs . I would groom and foster -then found homes for all .Our own dogs have all been shelter dogs or without other options ; breeds including Rottweillor , Poodle , Boston Terrier , Maltese , German Shepherd -many sizes , many combinations ! We have no pets of our own -we love the experience of our " part-time puppies ". We do have grandchildren ( ages 14-18) visiting -they have been carefully educated to be sensitive and respectful of guests ( we are actually training two grandsons in professional dog handling ). About my yard We have multiple dog walks -manicured with many trees and waste bag / containers available My experience administering medication Many of our regular guests are seniors and / or special needs , requiring medications with daily adjustments. One of us is ALWAYS home so your pet will have full attention! And care . We follow your pets routine -meals , sleep , play and walks . All pups are loved and cuddled -we treat them as visiting grandchildren 😂 Walks are every 2 hours , bed sleepers welcome .-no cats or resident small children .
