DuBois has taken care of my elder cat Rupert several times and it has always been a joy! DuBois cares about cats deeply and treats your home well. He is honest and communicative, keeping me updated daily on how Rupert was doing with many photos and videos. Hands down, the best cat sitter for my Rupert.
I've known DuBois for a very long time and he's always had a gift for working with animals. He has an enthusiasm and compassion that any pet owner can recognize. On many occasions he has come through and looked after my cats for me. When I return there's no question that they have not only had their basic needs met but have also enjoyed their time with him while I was away.
Dubois regularly cares for our cats while we are away. He spends time with them, snuggles them, gives them treats, and sends us photos to assure us they are having a good time and are well attended to. It is clear he loves animals and they love him in return. He is responsible, reliable, and communicative. I recommend him without hesitation.
Can’t say enough good things about Dubois. He is a fantastic pet sitter and and you’ll never find anybody who will genuinely love your cats more… He is completely trustworthy, a kind soul, and a true animal lover. He has been both a house sitter and a cat sitter for us for many vacations over the years, as well as a great dog walker when I was traveling or not able to work from home. We always know that our sweet boys are in fantastic hands when we are away and that they will get lots of attention, play, and conversation along with all taking care of the other necessities of feeding watering and medication dispensing. When we had to say goodbye to our incredible 16-year-old cat Tux after a sudden health issue, he was as heartbroken as we were. (Dubois was not on duty when the cat had his crisis). He’s family and we’re grateful for knowing that our animals are completely at home with him when we have to work and travel.
I went away for a week and DuBois not only took care of my cat he got her up to date on many things I was behind on like grooming! He was so good with my fur baby!
DuBois is an amazing, caring, and loving human being. He took care of my cat, Cleo multiple times and for weeks and weeks at a time when I was traveling abroad for work. He took care of Cleo in every way shape or form. He once took her to the vet to get checked out because she’s an asthmatic cat and got her medication and ensured to continue feeding her, cuddling her and giving her the meds. He such an amazing cat sitter

Schedule
I work hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days from home, so expect a consistent schedule with lots of time for company/ playtime. I work from 9-5 so the longest I’ll be out is about 8 hours while accounting for travel time

I am an experienced petsitter with experience with both large and small dogs, and cats. I own two cats of my own that have been socialized and are pet friendly for house calls. I am also able to house sit as well if needed for overnights. My aim is to ease your worries while you embark on your travels by caring for your fur babies 😊
Pets
A typical day
I keep a lot of kitty toys so at the beginning I tend to separate the kitties: I have a dedicated cat room that I keep the visiting kitties in to acclimate while my cats roam. I start with feeding treats through the door, and I play with a laser pointer for awhile before leaving for work. I do intros with my clear cat bags for 15 minutes 2 times a day and depending on the length of stay, supervised interactions in the kitty rooms
