Pet sitting Hi. I’m Denise. My family and I own and operate a Farm. My family consists of myself, my husband, my adult daughter and her family. I love animals of all sorts. We have 4 dogs and 4 cats, 5 horses and over 10 Dairy goats. With running a farm, there is very little time off or away. I look at these pet sitting gigs as a chance to get away and relax. I’m also a writer and artist. Housesitting gives me the opportunity for a change of scenery the ability to continue writing and the fun of getting to know new animals. I regularly administer medications, including shots, if needed. I hope we can meet to talk more in person and meet your furry-babies.

Denise was everything we hoped for and more! She took such good care of our pup, Ramsay, while we were both out of town. She went out of her way to arrive early, to an already very early start time, to ensure I was not stressed getting to my flight on time. She sent updates and amazing pictures throughout the stay. Some of which, I will print and frame! I know Ramsay was grateful she was here to look after him and keep him company. He took at her immediately. We will definitely book with Denise again!

I have known Denise for almost 9 years, and she is an animal whisperer. She has taken incredibly tender care of my horse and my goats, and I have spent a lot of time observing her while she cares for her own animals, including dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, goats, sheep, and horses. Denise is responsible, loving, and attentive to animals' needs. She's also trustworthy. And she's a good human!
I would trust Denise with my pets at any time! She has always shown nothing but love, joy, and comfort when it comes to my animals. Denise herself has several animals, and has always loved them unconditionally. I 100% would have Denise stay with my animals!
Denise cares for my dog during the day while I work, ensuring she gets her medication on time. She treats Mandi as if she were her own, giving her lots of snuggles and cookies!
As someone who evaluates performance based on reliability and execution, I can say without reservation that Denise delivered on every requirement. We have two dogs and a cat. One dog is on a daily injection protocol that requires precise timing and proper technique — not something you hand off to just anyone. Denise was briefed once, asked the right questions, and executed without error for the entire duration of our cruise. No missed doses. No issues. No follow-up calls from us needed. Beyond the animals, she managed the property systematically: plants and lawn were watered on schedule, trash was put out on the correct collection days, and the house was returned to us in the same condition we left it. She essentially ran a tight operation with zero supervision. If you’re looking for someone who treats pet and home care like a professional responsibility rather than a casual favor, Denise is the right person for the job. I’d hire her again without hesitation.

I am a full-time author and can write from anywhere. So you can count on me to be right there for your pets immediate needs. I even take care of plants home security and have been known to tidy up a little.
