I’ve also been caring for cats since high school, starting with my best friend’s cat and now working hands-on in a shelter environment where I interact daily with dogs and cats of all ages and personalities, from energetic kittens to sweet senior pets. This experience has taught me a great deal about canine and feline behavior and body language, allowing me to approach every animal in a safe, respectful, and confident way. I pay close attention to how they communicate and always make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and understood during any interaction or handling. I’m also a proud cat parent and have raised my own kitty since she was just 2 months old.
