I have professional pet care experience, including working at a leading pet retailer where I cared for a wide range of animals through feeding, wellbeing checks, and health monitoring to high welfare standards. I also have college-level experience in grooming and canine behaviour, along with certified Dog First Aid training. I’m confident caring for pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, including: 🐶 Puppies – routine building, confidence development, basic manners, and positive reinforcement. 🐕🦺 Senior Dogs – medication support, patience, slower walks, mobility assistance, and companionship. 🐕 Anxious or Rescue Dogs – calm handling, trust-building, gentle routines, and stress-free care. Wonderful first visit. Darryl was able to immediately read my anxious defensive dog, and behave accordingly. It warmed to Darryl faster than I've seen it warm to anyone before! Darryl is calm, confident and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions about care, quirks and routines. We honestly couldn’t recommend Daz highly enough! He was absolutely fantastic with our rescue Husky Jasmine and our very shy cat Tabitha. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. He constantly kept us updated with messages, photos and videos, which gave us such peace of mind and made being away so much easier. We had a storm on the first night which caused the garage to flood. Rather than letting us worry about it while we were away, he dealt with the situation himself and sorted everything out. That went above and beyond what we could have expected. We came home to two very happy pets and had complete peace of mind throughout our trip. We’re so grateful and would absolutely trust Daz with Jasmine and Tabitha again. Thank you so much! ❤️

They absolutely adore him and get so excited to see him! 🥰 He also looked after our home so well, we came back to the house absolutely spotless, which was such a lovely surprise after travelling home. Schedule
Pet care is a genuine part of my daily life, not just something I fit in around other commitments. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for, making sure they receive the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they need. I’m flexible throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, and can often accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows. Your pet’s wellbeing always comes first, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own.

- Before any booking, I like to learn about your pet’s routine, personality, preferences, medical needs, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. The more I understand your pet beforehand, the better I can tailor their care, build trust quickly, and create a calm, positive experience while you’re away.
