I also have college-level experience in grooming and canine behaviour, along with certified Dog First Aid training. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in safe hands.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Daz highly enough! He was absolutely fantastic with our rescue Husky Jasmine and our very shy cat Tabitha. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. He constantly kept us updated with messages, photos and videos, which gave us such peace of mind and made being away so much easier. We had a storm on the first night which caused the garage to flood. Rather than letting us worry about it while we were away, he dealt with the situation himself and sorted everything out. That went above and beyond what we could have expected. We came home to two very happy pets and had complete peace of mind throughout our trip. The most wonderful dog‑sitting experience we could have hoped for Daz took care of our French Bulldog, Chloe, for an overnight stay, and honestly, it meant so much to us to see how loved and safe she was with him. Chloe can be a sensitive little soul, but she settled with Daz instantly, that alone speaks volumes. He kept us updated, reassured us throughout, and treated her with the same affection and patience we do at home. She was calm, happy, and clearly adored. Darryl was a fantastic house sitter for us and our two dogs absolutely loved him. At our initial meeting he took the time to get acquainted with our older dogs Jet and Cinders and asked lots of questions to help him understand their needs. He visited before the main booking period to spend time with them so they were comfortable around him. Throughout our holiday, Darryl kept in touch every day with updates on their wellbeing and lots of gorgeous photos of their daily activities. Darryl was very happy with us having a doggy camera and encouraged whatever we needed to put our minds at rest as this was the first time we have ever left them. Our pets were thoroughly spoilt and quite sad to see him leave! The house was left spotless as well.

Pet care is a genuine part of my daily life, not just something I fit in around other commitments. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for, making sure they receive the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they need. I’m flexible throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, and can often accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows. Your pet’s wellbeing always comes first, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own.

The more I understand your pet beforehand, the better I can tailor their care, build trust quickly, and create a calm, positive experience while you’re away.
