I work as an Occupational Therapist for the NHS and have set working hours Tuesday - Friday but would be available pretty much any time Saturday-Monday and could do early morning/evening walks the rest of the week.

I cannot accommodate pets in my own home however would be very respectful in the owners own home. Within my role at work I work in the community so spend my days going in and out of patient houses so can fully appreciate the need for sensitivity and respecting the privacy of those living there

I have no preference for breed of animal and will be happy to accommodate any needs however it would be useful to know of any specific needs in advance so I can prepare accordingly
A typical day
I love playing with pets and entertaining them but also getting their exercise in through walks around the local area. I will also gladly assist in socialising them whether that be in public spaces or in specific settings.

Love all animals but especially dogs and cats! I’m flexible with job type and hours and am approachable, friendly and hardworking. I am happy to interact with the owner or just walk the dog. I am sensible and respectful and would always put the needs of the dog first, and I would be happy to walk more than one dog at once too.

Darcie was so kind and communicative during her time with Millie. Unfortunately, Millie was feeling particularly anxious and got quite overwhelmed, so we decided it was best to come home early. Darcie handled the situation with so much patience, care, and understanding. We really appreciate her thoughtful approach!
Darcie was absolutely amazing! We came back to two very happy dogs and an immaculate home 😊 Right from the start she was clearly very organised, very kind and more than capable of handling our pups. She sent lovely updates and we have zero hesitation recommending her and really hope to see her again in the future!
